You can find the designs in question on the electrical GitHub. Here are the subjects of the design review:
Logic board
- Handles core robot functions (motor control, encoder feedback, etc.)
 - No longer handles power distribution (moved to off-board regulators)
 - Powers fans
 
Wireless board
- Handles non-essential functionality (diagnostics, etc.)
 
E-Stop board
- Controls the e-stop
 - Contains the diode logic that controls the starting and stopping of the robot
